It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edbert Collier announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the age of 80. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Wilma (Anslem Collier), St. Alban's, NL, Bonnie (Fabian Organ), St. Joseph's Cove, NL, Angela (John Sutton), Torbay, NL, Josie (Bruce Bell), St. Alban's, NL, Allan (Diana), St. Alban's, NL & Alfreda (Randy Critch), Dieppe, NB; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; brother: Clayton, St. John's, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife: Laura; brother: Michael; sisters: Pauline Jeddore, Marcella Collier & Lorraine Hoskins. Funeral service on Friday January 12, 2018 at 3 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
