Obituary of Frances Collier
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frances Collier announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Friday, August 24, 2018 at the age of 93. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Shirley (Bill Collier), Mount Pearl, NL, Sadie (Bob Kelly), Gambo, NL, Jerry (Patsy), St. Alban’s, NL, Raymond (Louise), Mount Pearl, NL, Matt (Margie), St. Alban’s, NL, Mary (Bruce Taylor), Grand Bay-Westfield, NB, Christina (George Taylor), Pickering, ON, Charles, Bishop’s Falls, NL, Earl, Hamilton, ON, Ron (Liesa), St. Philip’s, NL & Roland (Josephine), Ottawa, ON; 24 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Walter Collier; sisters: Rita Barnes, Kathleen Willcott, Lillian Willcott & Adelia Cox; brothers: Bart Willcott, Sandy Willcott, Max Willcott & Legouri Willcott. Funeral service on Monday August 27, 2018 at 11am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
