Obituary of Anthony MacNeil
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anthony MacNeil announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Monday, July 1, 2019 at the age of 73. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Margaret; children: Danny (Georgina), Merina (Todd Anstey), Andy (Joanna), Guy (Wanda), & Curtis, all of Fort McMurray, AB; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; brothers: Roderick (Lillian), St. Alban’s, NL, Francis (Linda), St. Alban’s, NL, Jerome (Rosalyn), Toronto, ON & Colin (Philomena), St. Alban’s, NL; sisters: Elizabeth (Michael Gaulton), Fort McMurray, AB, Mary (Wayne Power), Edmonton, AB & Eta (Legouri Gaulton), Labrador City, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Frank & Rose; sister in law: Genevieve MacNeil; niece: Rhonda MacNeil. Funeral service on Friday July 5, 2019 at 11am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s, with Father Patrick Osuji officiating. Interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
