It is with great sadness that the family of the late Walter Organ announce his passing at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's, NL on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the age of 78. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children: Aiden (Shelley), St. John's, NL & Joyce (Bradley Drodge), St. John's, NL; grandchildren: Julia Organ & Rachel Organ; brothers: Levi (Juanita), St. Alban's, NL & Roland, St. Alban's, NL; sister: Mildred (Dan Mahoney), Harbour Breton, NL; sister in law: Martha Organ, St. Alban's, NL as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his Wife: Mary; brother: Stanley. The funeral service was held on Friday March 18, 2016 at 11 am at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban's, with Father Edward Brophy officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban's. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
