It is with great sadness that the family of the late Selina Elizabeth Kendell announce her passing at Pleasant View Towers, St John's, NL on Thursday August 31, 2017 at the age of 86. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Shirley (Eric Gosse), St John's; Ron (Helen), Morrisville; Georgina (Jack Dominie), Morrisville; Robert (Linda), Portugal Cove-St. Philips; Emily Snook, Torbay; 11 Grandchildren Jason (Amanda), Jackie, Albert, Megan, Dylan, Felicia, Jeanine, Mark, Chelsea, Kayla and Stephen; 2 Great Grandchildren Jonathon and Aden; Sister in Law's Harriett Fudge, Morrisville ; Jessie McDonald, Gander; Evelyn Marks (Garfield ) Ontario; Brother-in-Law Reginald Kendell (Nettie), Morrisville, as well as a large circle of other dear nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband George; son Albert; Daughter Marion; Parents Michael and Marion English; Brothers Matt and Joseph English and Sister Margaret Samms all from Grand Bank. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2017 2:00 PM at the Ascension Church, Morrisville with Rev. Roy Simms officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Morrisville. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St Alban's.
