It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hazel McDonald announce her passing at the Miller Centre, St. John's, NL Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the age of 79. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Barry (Andrea), Mount Pearl, NL & Glenda (Sean Collier), Marystown, NL; grandchildren: April, Stacy, Noelle, Amanda & Tristan; great-grandchildren: Hannah, Eliese, Samuel, Claire, Victoria, Phillip & Brandyn; sisters: Beatrice Sheppard, Boxey, NL & Susie Grace Blagdon, Boxey, NL, as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband: Philip; sister: Annie Rie Vallis; parents: Stephen & Ethel Blagdon. Funeral service on Sunday October 1, 2017 at 3 pm at Christ Anglican Church, Milltown, with Rev. Roy Simms, Rev. Hubert Vallis & Rev. Bruce Vallice officiating. Interment at Christ Anglican Cemetery, Milltown. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
