It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harris Hynes announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on Wednesday November 1, 2017 at the age of 82 . He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife: Claudine; sons: Sheldon, St. Alban's, NL & Kris, Mount Pearl, NL; grandchildren: Carter Hynes, St. Alban's, NL & Xander Munroe, Oshawa, ON; brother: Charles (Ruby), Sop's Arm, NL; sister: Rachel Pardy, Wild Cove, NL; sisters in law: Audrey Hynes, Brier, WA & Barbara Hynes, Edmonton, AB as well as a large circle of other nephews, nieces relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers: Joseph, Frank & Edgar; sisters: Clarissa Hynes & Maude Hynes; parents: William & Emma. Funeral service on Monday November 6 at 1:45 pm at Sop's Arm Pentecostal Church, with Pastors Tony Roberts and Reg Skinner officiating. Interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Sop's Arm. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes' Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban's.
